[midPoint] ScriptedSQL resource working config

see attached. I did cleanup because this resource is pretty big. I reduced
the attribute amounts, also reduced amount in scripts such as
update,search,sync but its enough to where you can understand whats going
on. I left group/org handling as well. For them to work with the 2.0
connector you would need to make the necessary modifications or just load
the 1.1.2 connector. Currently using 1.1.2 on 3.9, plan to update to 2.0 at
some point. I also noticed there is contributed directory now on github so
I guess I can really clean them up and post.
