[midPoint] Authorization for role request but "member" or "default" relation only

Hello!

How to set an authorization, so the user can request for a role with default or member relation only?

At the pre-production phase we're facing a problems that many users requested many roles with "approver" relation, and the real approvers approved it because they're blind or something
and now I have to clean this mess and this is really annoying. :/
