[midPoint] Stalled tasks with "IN_PROGRESS" status

Hello Wojciech,

the usual way of diagnosing this is to obtain a thread dump and analyze it.

If the control is stuck in e.g. a connector, there's very little (almost 
nothing) Java can do about it.

BTW, in 4.0 this dump is taken automatically for stalled tasks. :)
