[midPoint] Parent Org Assignment

Dear community,
I finally found the solution myself to get the desired option 1 of my posting.
To make use of an Org Template you need to refer to it in the sync section
e.g.:

<situation>unmatched</situation>
<objectTemplateRef oid="10000000-0000-0000-0000-450000000321"/>
<action>
<handlerUri>http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/model/action-3#addFocus</handlerUri>
</action>
</reaction>
I was unable to find this information in the Wiki. A hint on https://wiki.evolveum.com/display/midPoint/Object+Template <https://wiki.evolveum.com/display/midPoint/Object+Template>
would be great.
