[midPoint] v 3.7.x - How to set approver for Org?

Hi!

I don't know how to assign approver to the Org Unit. In v 3.6 it was simple.
Org unit allows to assign "Member" and "Manager" only.
In the Org Tree I can filter relations: Undefined, Default, Manager,
Owner and Approver, but the only options are Member and Manager.
Am I blind?
