[midPoint] new AD resource

Hi Joshua, 
could you please try to add the following configuration properties to the resource? 

<gen922:pagingStrategy>spr</gen922:pagingStrategy> 
<gen922:pagingBlockSize>100</gen922:pagingBlockSize> 

(replace gen922 with the namespace of the other configuration properties)
