Hello Jan,

writing from memory but this should work:

<q:equal>
     <q:path>employeeType</q:path>
     <q:value>XYZ</q:value>
</q:equal>

but take care to use <s:type>UserType</s:type> instead of ObjectType as 
it is in your sample.
