[midPoint] Plugin midpoint VSC

Hello all,

Nobody have started to implement Midpoint eclipse plugin for VSC (visual studio code) ? It's a really good helper but I don't want to use eclipse anymore :p. I really think to start this implementation and share it but if I cannot start from nothing it will be good.

I know that some midpoint IDE are in progress (or in idea ^^) but I don't know how to contribute on it. And I really prefer use one IDE for all...
