[midPoint] midPoint Overlay Project

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded the overlay example version 3.8 from here
https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint-overlay-example/tree/v3.8

Built it and deployed the WAR succesfully.  The resources included in the project are imported fine as I can see the new user and roles being created.  However, the form customisation is not there.  The code(java/html) under src/main/java/com/example/midpoint/gui/forms doesn't seem to take effect.

Can someone please help?
