[midPoint] Object import / export between enviroments, with REST API

Hi,

I'm looking for a process to import and export objects in midpoint between
environments.

I have been investigating with curl as the page proposes but it gives a lot
of problems especially when importing new objects. Is there any recommended
method to carry out these tasks, in a more automated way, or some more
information than the info that appears in evolveum wiki?
