[midPoint] Password policy: "checkAgainstDictionary" option

Hello!

In the password policy is an option "checkAgainstDictionary".

I wish to know how it works:

- where can I find the dictionary? Is this a file, webservice, or something else?
- Is the dictionary multilanguage or English only?
- Can I edit somehow the dictionary to add polish words to it?
