[midPoint] Search Filter in Certification

Hello!

can anyone please help me with the search filters ??

I am trying that certification should not be done for users having specific
roles.
say I have 10 users and 3 of them have role MANAGER, so during
certification I want to write a search filter so that the 3 users having
role MANAGER should be excluded from the certification process.
