[midPoint] can't login with expired password

Hi Petr,
thx for your suggestions, I create an object with new admin user 
definition (different name, different OID, password meet the valuePolicy) 
and I copied to initial objects .
After that I restart midpoint and seems it works for me, I see the import 
was successfull and I am able to login  with new user. I don't need to 
change anything in DB
