[midPoint] Personal info missing

Hi,

I _think_ the time/date format corresponds to the locale which is set
either in the browser or in (logged) user Preferred Language or Locale
attribute value. Please try.

Not sure about string encoding conversion - definitely it's possible,
because mappings for string attributes just return strings, so they can
return i.e. Latin2 encoded strings. I just don't know if you can use
some existing groovy/java or even midPoint library function to do this.
Maybe someone else knows.
