[midPoint] ScriptedSQL Reconciliation

[Dilek Gider]

It is pre-prod system, there are new configurations and tasks are not
scheduled at this moment, tasks are running manually.
But sometimes, i am getting heap space error while running task. So, i have
to restart tomcat.
