[midPoint] Custom forms in self-registration page in v3.5

Hi Attila, 

I think I don't have very good news for your. Release 3.6 will contain support for custom forms (for both registration and password reset) but there won't be a support for the SMS verification :( It hasn't been planned so far and I'm afraid that release planning was closed (if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me :) )

Hi, thanks for the info. It seems it will be required to use the overlay project to customize the self-registration page in 3.5 (to add phone number field) and to wait for 3.6 (for the SMS verification) :)
