[midPoint] Custom forms in self-registration page in v3.5

Hello,

is it possible in midPoint 3.5 to customize self-registration page (e.g. 
add phone number and SMS verification)?

I found the wiki about the custom forms in self-registration page [1] 
but the referenced wiki [2] declares that it is supported since 3.6.
