[midPoint] self-Registration Internal Server Error

Hi,

I'm struggling with getting a self-registration page working for midPoint 
3.7. Any help is greatly appreciated.

After filling out the form and clicking on "Register", I get the following 
error:


500
Internal Server Error

Unexpected error occurred, if necessary please contact system 
administrator.
