[midPoint] nullPointerException within LdapConnector

Hi,

That's quite strange error. I would guess that midpoint attempts to use 
connector instance that is not fully initialized. But I have no idea how 
that could happen. I have just pushed a possible fix to connector master 
branch. That might help.
