[midPoint] Ressources - ERROR 500

Hello everybody,
Hope you are fine.
I'm new to the mailing list and I'm really happy about the reactivity here.
I'm working with the ressource and sometimes I get a 500 error while trying
to access the ressource's page.
Restatring the TOMCAT server solve the problem but it happen again from
time to time.
Here's what I found in the logs:
