[midPoint] Default Node Error

Hi,

Are you running midpoint in cluster?

It looks like you're running two or more instances with the same 
-Dmidpoint.nodeId=SOME_NODE_NAME or without this option at all

(there's some default value I think). Every node needs to have a 
different identificator.
