[midPoint] AD schema violation problem

Hello all, I am getting a schema violation error during the accounre
reconcilation.
I imported (linked users) and in the schema of AD connector the sought out
element in error exists:
  <xsd:element minOccurs="0"
         name="*msRTCSIP-UserRoutingGroupId*"
         type="xsd:base64Binary">
               <xsd:annotation>
                    <xsd:appinfo>
                           <a:displayOrder>2550</a:displayOrder>

<ra:nativeAttributeName>msRTCSIP-UserRoutingGroupId</ra:nativeAttributeName>

<ra:frameworkAttributeName>msRTCSIP-UserRoutingGroupId</ra:frameworkAttributeName>
                       </xsd:appinfo>
                  </xsd:annotation>
    </xsd:element>


But when I check the AD projection on the user page, this field shows up as
a is file upload type.

In the AD this field has Hexadecimal value.

Here is the error after reconciliation of the user:
