[midPoint] User creation in oracle database through midpoint

Hi,

Oracle connector exists, but was/is developed by Forgerock and I have
not used it before. I use it now, it works and I will prepare samples as
soon as possible in the following days and commit to master
(3.4-SNAPSHOT) tree under samples/resources/...
