[midPoint] User manager

Hi Aivo,

that's right - you specify manager for organization unit by assigning
the organization with "Manager" flag:

Edit user - Assign org - after you select Organization, before saving
you can choose if the assignment is "Member" (default) or "Manager".
Managers are displayed separately in Org tree view. It should work for
multiple managers.

I'm using the midPoint scripting library to actually use
manager-information in my mappings for resource to set e.g. LDAP's
"manager" attribute.

E.g. functions getManagers(...), getManagersByOrgType(...) etc - they
all return Collection.

If your question is more about workflow/approval by user's manager, I'm
sure my coleagues can answer it better as I'm not using workflow very often.
