[midPoint] text labels of icons on user home page

Roman, hi! 
I think, there could be some opportunity to make this labels language dependent. E.g. add some attribute like <labelResourcceKey> to schema (and the same for description). Then we could search for the necessary value by this key in Midpoint.properties file according to the chosen language. But in this case, you should update Midpoint.properties file with new values every time you want to configure new dashboard icon (if this icon label doesn't have the appropriate value yet...).

it is possible change text labels of icons according to the set language by the current logged user (defined in SystemConfiguration object)?
