[midPoint] Encoding in REST

Hello Alexander, 

please apply this fix: https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint/commit/a9cd7c230ca680ef49c29cc6534bfd36912f3cde 

At least for Slovak national characters it makes REST responses readable. (The other way would be to set default java encoding to UTF-8 for midPoint process.)
