[midPoint] XML connector

Hi Petr,

I have never used XML connector, but I suppose that based on your error
message, you have two uid attributes in schema handling. I'd say, one of
them should be icfs:uid and the other is ri:uid (?) Please check
attribute namespaces in schema handling.
