[midPoint] Full AD Import Dry Run

I did a full dry run on an import of accounts, I got 0 errors with an
average time for one object: 11.476535. Is it safe to conclude that I can
do the real thing now? All the users are now shadows and the ones that
should be ignored are safely ignored.

I also checked the logs for both tomcat and connector server, I didn't see
any errors either.
