[midPoint] Property for 'LockoutSTatusType.NORMAL' not found

No that was a typo with the capital T.

It was the standard 3.1.1 then I made some changes, mainly GUI changes,
footer, turned off the system status for everyone, edited/added forgot
password link to our password manager, and a few other minor cosmetic
changes.

As I replied before though, it only shows that in the Resources > List
Resources > then click Accounts for the resource and click on user and not
after the user is really imported/reconciled into midPoint which then
displays correctly,
