[midPoint] Roles doesn't assign with exchange connector

Hi.

We have apply your patch MID-2436. To import email after user have been created. And it's work with
<volatility>unpredictable</volatility>

But roles doesn't assign after set this parameter. If I remove this attribute. Roles is assign ok, but doesn't get email after user creation.
