[midPoint] Issue in creating a user in Midpoint

Well, I'd add one more clue. Your problem reminds me of this: 
https://jira.evolveum.com/browse/MID-1928, which is already fixed.

So, perhaps you could upgrade to the latest development version, which 
is pretty stable.
