[midPoint] Adding additional Fields to User Details

No problem! From what I have seen so far this is very powerful, I just need
to dive deeper into how the backend works. I will reference to the gitbhub
code from now on.

I got the basics going with all the required fields and attributes, I have
been able to create new accounts in both midpoint and AD and they sync
properly even with the custom attributes and extensions. I have been able
to enable/disable, de-provision with ease.

The end goal, correct me if I am wrong but it should be possible from what
I have read:

Have midpoint read from a CSV dump from our student information system
nightly, provision the accounts to the proper systems, then send an email
to the account holder notifying them their accounts have been created.
Student gets email with temporary password, signs into Midpoint, resets
their password, Accounts are good to go!
