[midPoint] Adding additional Fields to User Details

Thanks for the information, I had everything setup properly and mapped
inbound/outbound but it it still would not work.
I got it going properly by using the samples from the github repository,
specifically,
https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint/blob/master/samples/schema/extension-whatever.xsd
I noticed on the above, the file referenced to annotation-3 and common-3
but on the wiki it has the number 2 and 2a for both which I am assuming is
why it would show up.
https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint/blob/master/samples/resources/opendj/opendj-localhost-resource-sync-advanced.xml
By using the path notated in the above opendj resource sync and using the
sample extension xsd I was able to get it working, Yay!
