[midPoint] How to Develop Connector Host..

Hi Team,


Can some body help me to how to working with Connector host ,


I am trying to Access the SAP Connector remotely from my Cent-OS (Demo) Environment i have to configure Connector Host for this.


 So that i could Integrate SAP Connector with the demo environment

can some body tell me how to fix it and also provide some documentation !!!!
