[midPoint] Reference template to deleted situation

Can you reference a template like when adding a user to a status like so

     <situation>deleted</situation>
     <objectTemplateRef oid="10000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000205"/>
     <action ref="
http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/model/action-3#inactivateFocus
"/></reaction>

So from my Database Table, it only contains current students/faculty/staff,
with the above action it will disable all their accounts system wide but I
wanted to reference a template that would modify some attributes.

Is it a possibility or a better way to go about it?
