[midPoint] Get the generated email address back to database

I am a little stuck on this one,

Since using the CSV resource to sync our students/faculty/staff, the email
address attribute gets generated.

What would the best way to go about getting the email address back into the
database once it has been generated, the unique identifier for the accounts
would be employeeNumber which is the same unique identifier used in the CSV
resource.
