[midPoint] form fiels

Hi,
I have some questions about User Form in midPoint IdM:

 1. How can I hide some default fields in User Form (Timezone, Cost
    Center, ...)?
 2. How can I change order some default filelds in User Form?
 3. How can I make some extended filelds as select box or choice in User
    Form? Any simple example?
 4. How can I change name of tab (panel) named "Extended" in User Form?
 5. How can I create more than one tab (panel) with extended attributes
    (panel for App1, App2, ...)?
