[midPoint] Issue while synchronization

Hi,

I have successfully configured the resource configuration for both LDAP and Database table but it is not synchronizing when I update any row in DB

On having a look at Server Tasks Tab in Midpoint and trying to execute the process getting below error

I have configured below in xml file
