[midPoint] .net connector

Running into an issue trying to set this up,
http://wiki.evolveum.com/display/midPoint/.NET+Connector+Server

i cant seem to start the service. I put in the key and my log is showing
this:

any ideas? I can send the config if that would help. There is no
C:\jenkins..\... folder on my drive..
