[midPoint] MySQL connector

Hi Aram,

seems your mysql user permissions are not set correctly.

Have you checked/applied the samples/resources/mysqluser/init-mysql.sql 
example?

For example:

CREATE USER 'midpointadmin'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'secret';
GRANT ALL on *.* TO 'midpointadmin'@'%' WITH GRANT OPTION;
