Hi Remy,
Pre-packaged midPoint with tomcat is a good idea. We probably will not
have time for that before 2.2 release, so I've scheduled that after the
release (https://jira.evolveum.com/browse/MID-1387).
Please let me know when you will find some time for the documentation.
Once you register at
https://jira.evolveum.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa I can assign you
the write permissions.
