[midPoint] midPoint release 1.9 (Cronus)

The Evolveum team is proud to announce the release of midPoint version 1.9.
The version 1.9 code-named Cronus is yet another step towards a
production-ready product. Cronus includes may features that make the
system more usable for a deployment, such as generating the resource
schema, connector discovery and substantial improvements in logging. The
release also includes new features: remote connector support, import
improvements and basic RBAC support.The code is of a "pre-production"
quality. It is well suitable for demos, proof-of-concept deployments and
simple pilot deployments.
