  Smart Integration: Persist correlation state in correlation simulation

The correlation simulation activity computed the correlation result
delta but never wrote it to the shadow. This was inconsistent with
other simulation flows (mappings simulation, shadow management
simulation) and with regular synchronization, all of which persist
the correlation state into the shadow.
