  Smart Integration: fix populateBasicApplicationInformation to persist all basic fields

Previously the method skipped saving when application already existed,
causing baseApiEndpoint (and other basic info fields) to never be persisted
after the initial creation. Now updates each field individually so auth
and detectedSchema are not overwritten.
