  Make the GUIde universal for all 3 task kinds

I slightly remade the GUI guide to make it useable for all the 3
possible task kinds available when creating tasks from the account list.
This makes it possible to use one article for more scenarios rather than
create multiple articles with lots of reused / duplicate content.
