  Substitute non-existent feature link with xref

Because if `feature:[]` macro refers to a feature that does not exist,
Jekyll throws a compilation error. The `mark` feature does not exist, it
is described on a "regular" page which I linked.

  Remove superfluous version from xref

Putting versions (e.g., `support-4.9`) into xref links breaks the links
because Jekyll inserts the version automatically, creating, e.g.,
`.../reference/master/support-4.9/...`, and then complains rightly about
an invalid link.
