- change upkeep status to green

- add meta description and keywords
- add redirect for the decommissioned /midpoint/reference/deployment/ha/ page (deleted in 81c8b3165ccdd0e0f2ba42fb7e41075e1f039ef0 )
- loads of minor structure, grammar, and linguistic  fixes
