  Make selected ShadowType properties operational

The following ShadowType properties are now operational:

- synchronizationTimestamp
- fullSynchronizationTimestamp
- synchronizationSituationDescription
- iteration
- iterationToken
- shadowLifecycleState

The main reason is to avoid cluttering simulation results with
information about their modifications. (Formally, other
properties of ShadowType are operational too. But the following
ones are "more operational".)

Related to MID-9737 and MID-9986.
