  Add shadow reclassification guide (XML and GUI)

This guide was missing for 4.8 altogether - adding both XML and GUI guides to bring consistency among the versions and ease of article interlinking.
Note: The XML example could surely be more concise but I lack knowledge to make it safely shorter in a reasonable time. Improvements welcome.
