  Add naturalKey for marking config objects

I.e., for:

 - ShadowMarkingConfigurationType
 - ResourceObjectPatternType (switched to container recently)

This fixes TestResourceTemplateMerge, for both old style configuration
using <protected>, and also now, after migration to new config way
using <marking>.
